Power Polls

Thanks for stopping by to allmansfieldsports. Now that not to much longer softball season will be starting I will put some of the changes we are making. First and foremost the power polls are changing to make things more fair. It's sometimes hard when you have to pick one team over the other. The solution was pretty easy to solve. From now on each team will start with 100 points. Each team depending on what league they play in gets points for a win and lose points for a loss. Other points will be added shortly on how I will do it. We are only having a Top ten and 5 bubble teams listed. To be fair to teams we will not be counting tournaments wins as some teams don't play tournaments. Each league will have different points as some leagues are tougher. In the coming weeks new softball things will be added.!!

Ive had a number of emails that have qustion how the poinst system will work for the AllMansfieldSports Top 15.

1. Every team starts out with 100 points

2. Different leagues have different point systems.

3. Cyclops win give you 10 points

4. Ashland win give you 9 points

5. Hamilton Park and Galion win gets you 8 points

6. Beating a top 15 team will get you an additional 5 points

7. Win's in the World Series and Bud Bash gets you 5 points

8. Prince Of Pasta wins get you 3 points

Thats where were going with it. We will see how it works out compared to the old system.
